Why can't I see my agreement?

If an agreement isn't visible, check the following:

  1. Filter settings: Make sure you're not filtering by a status that excludes your agreement.
  2. Search query: Clear any search text that might be filtering results.
  3. Invitation status: If you were invited, make sure you've accepted the invitation by clicking the email link.
  4. Correct account: Verify you're logged into the right account if you have multiple.
Tip: Use the "All" filter tab and clear the search bar to see all your agreements.
