I lost access to my verification method, what do I do?

If you've lost access to your 2FA method (phone, authenticator, passkey):

  1. Try alternate methods: If you have multiple methods set up, use another one.
  2. SMS fallback: If available, use the "Having trouble?" link to receive an SMS code.
  3. Contact support: Email [email protected] with your account email for identity verification and recovery assistance.
Important: For security reasons, account recovery requires identity verification and may take 24-48 hours.
