EezyDox* (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides tools to draft, translate, collaborate on, and e‑sign rental agreements. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About these Terms

These Terms form a binding contract between you and EezyDox*. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in‑app or by email.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to contract.
• You are responsible for your account security and for all activity under it.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Service Description

EezyDox* enables drafting, versioning, translation, review/approval workflows, and e‑signature orchestration. Translations are provided for convenience; the original language version governs unless parties expressly agree otherwise.

4. E‑Signatures

Electronic signatures are intended to be legally enforceable under applicable laws (including Israel’s Electronic Signature Law, 2001 and the EU eIDAS Regulation), subject to correct use and identity verification. You are responsible for verifying signer identities and complying with local formalities.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful content or transactions, including discriminatory or deceptive practices.
• No infringement of others’ rights (IP, privacy, publicity).
• No attempts to interfere with or reverse engineer the service.

6. Content & IP

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to provide the service. Our software, branding, and templates are our IP.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We act as a processor for customer content and as a controller for account data. You must obtain all necessary consents, provide notices, and respect data subject rights.

8. Fees

Fees (if any) will be disclosed prior to purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee that translations are error‑free or that signatures will be upheld in every jurisdiction.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we exclude indirect and consequential damages; (b) our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, or legal compliance. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, we may retain data as required by law and for legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention).

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv‑Yafo, Israel, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise for EU/UK consumers.
