Pre-execution lock: the agreement is frozen for signing and can be reopened by the owner or agreement manager. Signing in progress: one or more parties may have signed; reopening supersedes those signatures for the active version. Terminal states: Signed, Completed, Expired, and Canceled agreements cannot be reopened for editing. If you need to unlock: The agreement must still be pre-terminal: , , or . You must be the owner or have agreement management permissions. Open the agreement in the editor. Click Reopen for Editing . The agreement will revert to status. Live signatures on the active revision are cleared and must be collected again on the next version. Reopening supersedes the active signing revision. Who can see signer-private INTELLIDOX reviews?

Signer-private INTELLIDOX reviews are private to the user who runs them by default. The agreement owner, counterparty, and other signers do not see those findings unless the reviewing user explicitly shares selected findings. Owners can run owner-side INTELLIDOX reviews for agreements they manage. Invited participants can run private reviews when they have access and the agreement has readable text. Private review results do not change the agreement status or invalidate signatures. Sharing a finding is a deliberate action, not an automatic notification. Running INTELLIDOX after someone has signed does not move the agreement back to Draft and does not reopen negotiation by itself.

The product checks billing eligibility before starting a paid run. Credits are consumed for the analysis action, not for merely opening an agreement. Finding actions such as resolve, dismiss, share, or advisor referral do not rerun the analysis by themselves. Organization owners and admins can buy EEZY Credits from billing. The INTELLIDOX cost is shown in the agreement surface before the run starts so users understand the credit impact.

Can I choose the INTELLIDOX results language?

Yes. Before running INTELLIDOX, choose the language you want for the summary, findings, explanations, and suggested actions. The agreement text itself does not have to be rewritten or translated first. The selected language is part of the review request. Running the same agreement in another language creates a separate review result. Safety labels, categories, and legal-information disclaimers still apply in every language. The dashboard may show an INTELLIDOX indicator after you run a review. Choose the language that helps you understand the findings best, especially when a signer is reviewing privately before acceptance.
