What can the EEZYDOX client API do?

The client REST API lets approved corporate organizations read agreement summaries, optionally read agreement content, create drafts from active catalog templates, update draft metadata, and automate organization-owned INTELLIDOX reviews. Integrations can retrieve those results, resolve or dismiss findings, create amendment requests, and act on those requests.

• New API keys start with agreement-summary read access only.
• Contract content, draft writes, and each INTELLIDOX capability use separate permissions.
• Test keys can access test records only; live keys can access live records only.
• Signing, finalization, advisor referral, legal consent, and arbitrary contract-text editing are not delegated to API keys.
