When do EEZY Credits get charged, and what actions do not consume them?

BYOC is trust-first. The first preserved-PDF overlay preview and the first shared structured preview can be reviewed for free. If that free-trial draft moves to execution, EEZY Credits are used at the unlock step. After a free allowance is used, paid BYOC processing is charged only after the draft is saved successfully and includes execution entitlement for that same agreement.

EEZY Credits are currently charged when:

• You use BYOC processing after the relevant free preview allowance has already been used.
• You unlock invitation links, signing, and final documents for a free-trial BYOC draft through BYOC finalization.
• You finalize a marketplace template draft for signatures and final artifacts.
• You finalize a marketplace amendment draft for signatures and final artifacts.

EEZY Credits are currently not charged for:

• Opening an existing BYOC agreement.
• Reviewing the first preserved-PDF overlay preview or first shared structured BYOC preview.
• Editing fields, sections, recipients, or signatures inside an existing draft.
• Preparing BYOC invitation records before unlock; the links stay hidden until credits and readiness are complete.
• Finalizing setup after a paid post-trial BYOC processing charge; that processing charge already covers execution for the agreement.
• Re-uploading into an already existing Draft or Failed BYOC agreement.
• Starting or editing a marketplace template or amendment draft before finalization.
• Opening, editing, signing, or downloading an agreement after the required marketplace finalization charge has been posted.
• The current translation request/generation flow.
• The current AI regeneration flow from inside an existing BYOC agreement.

The balance is checked in this order: grouped BYOC free usage first, then purchased credits, then bonus credits. If the organization does not have enough entitlement, the paid action is blocked before credits are posted.
