What is the BYOC PDF preview and why should I use it?
The BYOC PDF preview is a downloadable draft PDF for agreements that have already spent credits. Before that point, use the in-app editor or PDF canvas to review the content without downloading portable PDF bytes.
- Draft watermark - Preview PDFs show a "DRAFT" watermark to distinguish them from final versions.
- Layout verification - Check that fields, signatures, tables, and images appear correctly.
- Header check - Verify your logo and title render properly.
- Credit-gated - Downloadable BYOC preview PDFs are available only after credits have been spent for that agreement.
After signing, the Certified PDF includes all signatures, timestamps, and verification metadata without any watermark.
Tip: For free-trial drafts, trust the in-app canvas first. Credits are required when you unlock invitations, signing, and final document downloads.
