Can I unlock a BYOC agreement after locking it?
Yes, but only under specific conditions:
- You must be the owner of the agreement.
- The status must be Ready to Sign (no signatures collected yet).
- A confirmation dialog will warn you about the consequences.
You CANNOT unlock if:
- Status is Signing - at least one party has already signed.
- Status is Signed - all parties have signed.
- You are not the agreement owner.
Important: Unlocking reverts the agreement to Draft status and notifies all parties. If signatures were already collected, they would be invalidated - which is why you cannot unlock once signing has begun.
