What are Organization Credits and how do they work?

Organization Credits are the older prepaid money balance system for corporate accounts, separate from EEZY Credits action billing.

   Admin adds credits
   
2. BALANCE
   Visible on Account page
   
3. PURCHASE
   Credits applied at checkout
   
4. DEDUCT
   Balance reduced automatically

Key features:

  • Prepaid Balance: Credits are added to your organization's balance by an administrator.
  • Automatic Application: In eligible legacy checkout flows, available money credits are automatically applied to reduce or cover the cost.
  • Hybrid Payments: If your credit balance doesn't cover the full amount, you'll pay the remainder with your card.
  • Visibility: Organization owners and admins can view the credit balance and transaction history on the Billing page.
Tip: Credits are non-refundable but never expire. Contact your organization admin to request additional credits.
