How do I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the status of your agreement:
AGREEMENT STATUS → REFUND POLICY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DRAFT (Unsigned) → ✅ FULL REFUND SIGNED (Any Party) → ❌ NO REFUND COMPLETED → ❌ NO REFUND
- Unsigned Agreements: You can request a full refund for any agreement that has not been signed by any party. This will cancel the draft immediately.
- Signed Agreements: Once a document is signed by at least one party, the service is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
Tip: To request a refund for an eligible unsigned agreement, please contact [email protected] with your Order ID.
