Agreements
What is the difference between 'Signed' and 'Completed'?
These two statuses represent different stages of agreement finalization:
Signed
All required parties have added their digital signatures. The agreement is legally binding but may have additional steps (like payment processing or document finalization).
Completed
The agreement has been fully processed and archived. This is the terminal state - the Evidence Package is finalized and all audit trails are locked.
Tip: Both statuses indicate a legally binding agreement. "Completed" simply means all post-signing steps are done.
