Agreements

How do I use Groups to organize my agreements?

Groups (folders) let you group related agreements together in a dedicated space.

  • Create Groups: Click the "New Group" button in the Groups sidebar.
  • Add to Group: You can drag and drop an agreement onto a group name, or use the "Move to Group" action in the meatball menu (three dots) of any agreement.
  • Remove from Group: Use the "Remove from Group" action in the agreement menu. This will return the agreement to the main list without deleting it.
  • Shared Access: Groups are visible to all organization members with appropriate permissions, making it easy to manage projects across your team.
Tip: Agreements can only belong to one group at a time. If you move an agreement to a new group, it will be removed from its previous group.
