What is an Amendment and how do I create one?
An Amendment creates a new version of a Signed or Completed agreement, allowing you to modify terms while keeping a link to the original.
- Go to the Marketplace.
- Look for templates marked as Amendment.
- Select the template and choose the parent agreement you wish to amend.
- The system will create a new draft that inherits all data.
- Make your changes and proceed through the signing flow.
Tip: The new agreement will display an Amendment badge and link back to the parent document for easy reference.
