How do I cancel an agreement?
Canceling a signed agreement requires mutual consent from all parties:
- Open the agreement and go to the Signatures step.
- Click "Cancel Agreement" and provide a reason.
- A cancellation request is created with status
PENDING. - All other parties receive a notification to agree or decline.
- Once all parties agree, the agreement status changes to Canceled.
Important: Canceled agreements are preserved for legal records. They cannot be reactivated, but you can download the Evidence Package showing the cancellation.
