How can I copy data from an existing agreement?

The Copy Data feature saves time by transferring details like parties and property info between agreements. There are two ways to use it:

1. Pull Mode (Importing Data)

Use this when you have a blank Draft and want to fill it.

1. Open your Draft Agreement.
2. Click the Copy Data icon (two overlapping sheets).
3. Select a source agreement (Draft, Signed, or Completed) to copy from.
4. Click Confirm.

2. Push Mode (Copying To New)

Use this when looking at an old agreement you want to duplicate.

1. Open a Signed or Completed Agreement.
2. Click the Copy Data icon.
3. Select a target Draft Agreement to overwrite.
