Invitations & Roles

How do signing invitations work?

Signing invitations are designed to get a signer to the signing room quickly without exposing agreement details before identity is verified.

  1. The signer opens the invitation link and sees a secure signing entry page.
  2. EEZYDOX asks the signer to log in, sign up, or continue with Google.
  3. After authentication, the signer must prove ownership of the invited email address or verified phone number.
  4. Only then is the invitation accepted and the signer taken to the signing room.
  5. Before signing, EEZYDOX may ask for a saved signature and a strong verification method such as a passkey, authenticator app, or verified phone.
Important: Agreement title, party details, and signing content are shown only after authentication and verified invitation ownership.
Tip: After signing, invited signers can complete their account profile if they want ongoing dashboard access, but they do not need full onboarding before signing.
