How do signing invitations work?
Signing invitations are designed to get a signer to the signing room quickly without exposing agreement details before identity is verified.
- The signer opens the invitation link and sees a secure signing entry page.
- EEZYDOX asks the signer to log in, sign up, or continue with Google.
- After authentication, the signer must prove ownership of the invited email address or verified phone number.
- Only then is the invitation accepted and the signer taken to the signing room.
- Before signing, EEZYDOX may ask for a saved signature and a strong verification method such as a passkey, authenticator app, or verified phone.
Important: Agreement title, party details, and signing content are shown only after authentication and verified invitation ownership.
Tip: After signing, invited signers can complete their account profile if they want ongoing dashboard access, but they do not need full onboarding before signing.
