Why am I not receiving email notifications?
If you're not receiving emails, check the following:
- Spam/Junk folder: Check if emails from EEZYDOX are being filtered.
- Email address: Verify your email address is correct in Account settings.
- Email verification: Ensure your email is verified (green checkmark in Account).
- Add to contacts: Add
[email protected]to your contacts to prevent filtering.
Important: Important notifications (like invitation links) are also visible in the in-app notification center as a backup.
