Why am I not receiving email notifications?

If you're not receiving emails, check the following:

  1. Spam/Junk folder: Check if emails from EEZYDOX are being filtered.
  2. Email address: Verify your email address is correct in Account settings.
  3. Email verification: Ensure your email is verified (green checkmark in Account).
  4. Add to contacts: Add [email protected] to your contacts to prevent filtering.
Important: Important notifications (like invitation links) are also visible in the in-app notification center as a backup.
