How does INTELLIDOX work for uploaded BYOC agreements?
INTELLIDOX can run on BYOC agreements after EEZYDOX has readable agreement text. That can come from a pasted text draft, a parsed PDF, an AI-created BYOC draft, or another BYOC flow that stores enough text for analysis.
- On the upload screen, INTELLIDOX explains that analysis unlocks after a BYOC agreement exists.
- Inside the BYOC editor, a floating INTELLIDOX action can start or show the latest analysis.
- On the dashboard agreement card, eligible agreements show an INTELLIDOX quick action.
- If the system cannot read enough agreement text, it should not charge credits for analysis.
Tip: For scanned or low-quality PDFs, use a mode that produces readable contract text before expecting INTELLIDOX findings.
