How do contacts work when I add parties or send invitations?

EEZYDOX includes a workspace contact book so you can reuse party details across agreements instead of typing them from scratch each time.

• Use my info fills your own party details from your account profile.
• Choose from contacts reuses saved people or companies from your workspace contact list.
• Contacts are searchable and sortable by name, added date, edited date, and last used date.
• When you select a contact, the agreement stores a snapshot, so editing that contact later does not silently rewrite older agreements.
• For invitation sharing, make sure the party has at least an email address or phone number filled in.
