How do I change my email address?
To update your email address, you must first ensure your account is secure:
- Security Check: You must have at least one strong verification method enabled (Passkey, Authenticator App, or Verified Phone).
- Initiate Change: Go to Account → Profile, click "Edit", then click the "Change" button next to your email.
- Confirm: We will send confirmation links to BOTH your current and new email addresses. You must click both to complete the change.
Important: Changing your email will invalidate any pending invitations sent to your old address. You will need to be re-invited to those agreements. Existing agreements you have already signed will remain accessible.
